if the draw was limited to 3 cards, Brian should be made to draw first in the second challenge like he made the other guy choose first in the first challenge. Then take 8,9,J of spades and any other Ace and any other 1 card and Brian would be stuck with the 4 Tens if he goes first....... then draw your 9 high straight flush and he loses!!!

A way to win... Brian takes 4 10s and an Ace. You take 4 J's and an Ace. Brian went first, so, as in the first 'game', he must discard first (maybe why he asks the other guy to discard first).

Brian can get a str8 flush to the ten, or four K's. Either way, you can get a higher str8 flush. He can keep 4 tens to block your str8 flush, but then he loses anyway.

Any flaws here?

flaw : you have all the tens , so you make yourself a straight flush to the 10. He can only make one to the 9 obviously , since you've tossed the tens ( he can't grab cards you tossed away )

@edrianquintos Maybe you should understand how it works. Him pulling the 4 10's means he has many opens for a win. They pull 4 kings and an Ace...he pulls a 10 high straight flush. Straight flush beats 4 of a kind. Out of all the cards left the ONLY things that can beat him is a higher 4 of a kind or a 9 high straight flush. But when he pulls he can make a royal (if they go 9 high) or a 10 high straight (if they pull higher 4 of a kind). As you said LEARN BASIC POKER

You could probably defeat this setup like this: take the four Nines and an Ace. Then, when he asks you if you want to discard anything, discard all five, and take the four Kings and another Ace.
