Hoe should have aimed the nozzle a bit lower plus "walked" the agent towards the back rather than go from front to back and front and back again.

The interesting part is if you look at the black car at the beginning, you can see a reflection of blue flashing lights on the grill! I agree with those who say that the guy did a good job with the situation. But in regard of what happened, I have to say that the clerk also did a bad job. The pump does not activate by itself, so normally, to increase security, the clerk is supposed to take a look at the gas pump to be sure that there is actually a car. If there isn't a car, he should'nt activate the pump. So in that case, the gas station clerk did a bad job and in my opinion should be reprimanded, but also recommanded.
