Try to land on the front right corner of the little ledge, don't hit the wall next to the little ledge, and when u get up to the building that you jump the the little ledge, look for the little swoop on the ground, and jump from around there.

the glowing means that he had an overshield dude, cuz sometimes the bounce will hurt your enough to kill you without an overshield. Also sometimes other people in the game will kill yiou...so it helps

You need to crouch inside the bridge, when you come up the steps look towards your left a little and you can jump inside the triangle shaped hole in the bridge railings.

crouch under slanted edge where you dont need to hold crouch to crouch walk under it this wiill work for all bounces

If you get high enough (this was tested) you can bounce to the 15 foot taller building by landing on the east edge and letting go of forward when you hit it. It gets you high enough to do another bounce on the pipes.
