Do I believe there are life forms outside of earth? Yes definitely. Do I believe there are little green men with saucer-like ships that go around probing people and make crop circles? Probably not. So why haven't they made contact yet? Are they scared? If they had technology that could travel to different galaxies I'm pretty sure they could dominate Earth if they really wanted to.
