It is so hard to not eat how I have been for 46 years. I love to eat meat so what I think is to propose this. Happy animals not tortured and aboused animals. I only buy meat and eggs at the saturday harvest sale. Were local small farmers, who prove to me that they are good to the animals and NO CAGES are used.

2. If your stable-bound animal is lactating, yes, milk should be drained either by the baby or by milking it. Not doing that is cruelty.
3. Calves go to ranches, where they are raised until they're big enough for auction, then kept at feed-lots until slaughter. Not many people want veal anymore, contrary to what this bullshit video would have you believe.

the serving size of meat is about the size of a deck of cards. this craps happens because people eat 16 oz steaks without even considering what it's doing to them or the environment. that's why the meat industry is this way. if we ate less meat (or go vegitarian if you so choose) the meat industry would have to down size and it wouldn't be such a factory-like environment. and for some reason a soap box has appeared beneath my feet.
