  • You think thats easy. You might know every answer to there questions but when they get that close to you its not easy. I guess you could say it doesn't come out right.

  • no rank?

  • JROTC is gay

  • @spicywiener16 I'm pretty sure thats formal inspection :P (damn tough BTW)

  • @CallMeNutty yeah its formal inspection cause we are having one this year we have one every other year

  • How the hell are YOU going to JOIN the Army if you cant even name the goddamn weapon your going to use!

DS:What is the primary weapon of the US Army?

    Recruit:.....the uhhh...the ummmm.THE AK-47,yeah thats it.

    DS:(kicks recruit in nuts)

  • @commanderwaffen if ssomeone answered with that their life would be ended they would be like do we look like were part of al queda?!~!

  • if i was at this school i would be like smoke some shit DI.

  • Who let those foreign slutts in jrotc

  • i want this at my school soooo bad lol :D

  • i like that drill serdeant he is nicer than other's

  • That was terrible.

  • i half to answer that question a m16 sir!

  • @cooljackdesert or an m4

  • @LilJ3090 yeah i know its just you have to know nothing about combat arms to not know that

  • @cooljackdesert so true lol so true

  • is this berkeley high school, charleston sc?

  • 7:38 girls offstep in close rank march...

  • omg so funny

  • lmao they dont even know what an M16 is? your kdding right?

  • Is this ballaire high school Houston tx??

  • Ship off to basic this summer, hopefully our school has JROTC next school year!

  • I kept yelling out the answers, these cadets are retarded....

  • Watch them win honor flight.

  • Brockton Boxers !

  • Wow. I would've got chewed out if I called one of my female officers sir, and then laughed about it. These cadets need dicipline.

  • i dont get it you guys must of go last place i could to better

  • is this class retarded?

  • he sounds like my recruiter

  • i thought my unit was bad..... with the looking around at attention already! jeez...

  • damn! this is bad!

thank good i didnt see diz when i was in diz school smh!!

  • I am so glad I am in an Air Force JROTC

  • @soccer12811 does the airforce JROTC have a chair inspection? you know make sure yalls chairs are comfy when yall are sitting there pushing buttons the whole time?

  • @maddivann no we have open ranks uniform inspections. and also the AF flys all the planes that provide air support for the soldiers on the ground

  • @maddivann How many JROTC's did you have to choose from in YOUR school? I'm guessing 1. Most of the time, a school has one JROTC program. Maybe yours had a few to select from. Must be nice. The important thing that your maturity seem to miss is that these people have chosen to take the hard route through school by adding JROTC on top of study. In the end, it doesn't matter what uniform you wear, the body bag covers it. Wise up Jackass

  • @Rythmnstrings get your tampon out your ass you wouldnt know about body bags and your friends dying because if you did you wouldnt be talking about it in on you tube videos fuck stick respect the soldiers that have fallen. Besides JROTC and ROTC train officers not enlisted hence the chair joke...get your head out your ass son.

  • Their bearings are horrible

  • Garbage bearing. Even in Arnold Air they woulda gone nuts on us for bearing like that.

  • 3 man squads LMFAO what a terrible turn up

  • woww that platoon doesnt kno any kind of uniform code????

  • THE FUCKING RIFLE IS THE M16 BITCH ASS NIGGA

  • YOU GUYS NEED TO SOUND OFF!!!

  • Omg ! i remeber this !

  • I'm Canadian and I could answer all of those questions.

  • God I'm glad these are first year cadets (or at least I hope they are), because not knowing this basic knowledge doesn't say much about their leadership otherwise. Not knowing insignia alignment and the standard service weapon of the US Military is inexcusable.

  • how do you not know that the primary weapon for american forces is the M-16? its been in service for almost 50 years!

  • wtf they dont have school cords??? unless that red one is, but our red ones are drill team cords. a little weird, but diff. schools

  • Oh WOW! I remember the MSgt! This brings back a lot of memories. I took AFJROTC for all 4 years in high school, squadron CT-21 (DHS) HOORAH!!

Yeah, their bearing sucks. I remember him chewing out a bunch of cadets for that, but he's a swell guy :). Gosh do I miss that uniform! I reached C/2Lt (though I wished I stayed a C/CMSgt :) ).

Whoa, if they were breaking ranks, they'd better have asked permission!

The thing I miss most at BHS was the ballistics challenge - that was always fun :D

  • @celticbattleaxe did you ever join the real military?

  • @maddivann I think you mean, "did you ever get in?", which I didn't. I tried going in the Air Force, since I took the 4 years of AFJROTC, but because I had a heart murmur, they didn't even consider me as an applicant. Neither did the Army, Navy, or the Coast Guard. The Marines were the only branch who considered taking me, but when I went up to MEPS, I got permanently disqualified because of my heart murmur. My only other option was to fill out a waiver, but I didn't feel like lying big time.

  • @maddivann So I left it at that and started looking for jobs, of which I've found none so far.

If you think that I believe JROTC is "the real military" you are oh so wrong. But I do think that it is an excellent program.

My brother served in the Marine Corps for 4 years, twice overseas in Okinawa with the III MEF, and the other 2 years in 29 Palms. He reached the rank of Corporal.

  • @celticbattleaxe no one cares about your brother.

    But since you brought it up-}

Okinawa is where pussies go. You sit in Okinawa and do absolutely nothing all day because there is absolutely nothing to do there. Honestly, its a boring place to be stationed. And, 29 Palms is a training base. So, once again, he didn't actually do anything. So whoopdy fucking doo.

  • @MisterBroMen Well, it's obvious you never served. So whoopdy f-ing do right back at you moron! :)

He still served, and that's what counts. You don't care, which is fine, but it proves you never served.

    Good-day, jackass ;)

  • oh my god this scares me! im a let 1 and my inspection is may 1st and i barley know anything!

  • That was the easiest I've ever seen a sergeant of any type act twords cadets. Where's all the loud yelling?

  • Garbage.... straight garbage.... responding to your sgt like that... and why the hell is he inspecting Cadets? leadership does that....

  • WOW. horrible bearing. you say "I"? Dont address the Drill Sergeant with any regards? Lick your lips, look around, dont know knowledge. Sorry excuse for a JROTC.

  • Comment removed

  • I? I?!! THIS CADET!!!

  • Thats Nothing Compared A Marine Drill Instructor

  • "Ok, I'll play your game"

Greatest line ever. If this were basic it would most likely result in the Drill Sergeant ending the recruits life.

  • @RtNSlipknot You don't know what a doggone M16 is Private? You're all ate up, Private! How could you let your doggone battle buddy down like that, Private? Maybe both of you should pay more attention to detail! Half right, face! Front Leaning Rest Position, move!

  • @armsimporter24 Pretty sure now a days the Army uses the M4 as a standard issue rifle while the marines stick with the 16's

  • Lol that's East Boston High School. That's our drill hall . We're learning how to do some riffle shit

  • Comment removed

  • They suck! Torches wrong shoulder ranks and archs side ways! xDDD

    Hubbard all day-every-day!

  • Just a huge disappointment...how the hell did they get the Honor w/ Distinction star with this battalion (technically platoon in this video) They definently dont know any of the answers and they didnt prepare, or studied. I'm mostly dissapointed in the higher LETs for not preparing the LET 1s .. smh

  • Smith-Cotton's AFI is tomorrow. We've been workin hard to keep the standard of best JROTC in the nation.

  • @TheMossrig thank you. i will take that advice and build on it

  • That is not even brockton high school

iknow cuz i am in it

  • Im a pfc 1st yr in JROTC our inspection is in april and im terrified for it any suggestions or advice on what to do or what not to do?

  • @churroviolet97 Don't get nervous. Sound confident in your answers, right or wrong.

  • @churroviolet97, @TheMossrig is right, you need to study up on your army knowledge (assuming you are in an army jrotc), practice discipline & bearing, prepare yourself ahead of time. Be prepared & your confidence will come naturally.

  • I hate when they ask how long it took you to ready the uniform because if you say it took a long time they yell at you because you should know how to put it together and if you say like 3 mins they say it looks like it

  • No offense, but how do they not know what weapons they use? Even in Vietnam...SERIOUSLY?

  • jesus christ the guy didnt eben know the weapon they carry in vietnam and today its a simple answer to give im not even in the JROTC and I know its the M16 service rifle or the M4 carbine and the secondary is the Bertta m9

  • I'm an inspector now! Just looking for vids on how I'm going to be. I think I'm gonna go tough on them because this I just watched is just CRAPPY and nasty idk.

  • wow once again army drill sergents are funny

  • if i was at this drill inspection i would be yelling at every single cadet to stop breaking their bearing, ajusting, looking around at the cameras or the DI's, all their flight caps are off and the salutes were sloppy and at the end they were off strep .... and i dont know for sure if you are sopose to sound off when your indoors but you can at least make yourselves sound formal at almost the tone of voice that you would use to sound off .... these DI's went super easy of you guys your lucky

  • He didn't know what weapon they carried in Vietnam? 2:45

    That's kind of sad.

  • Oh my God...if my cadets were like this ... (stops before goes fully enraged at what is witnessing in the video)

  • @aceflyer89 Who are your Caddets? By that I mean what branch of the Military do they support? ~Private First Class, Preston~

  • @MrPianist101 Royal Canadian Air Cadets. Argue the fact that we're different - that's fine but I would never allow my cadets to show this kind of deportment. My apologies if my previous post seemed mildly harsh. ~Master Warrant Officer~

  • @MrPianist101 *Cadets. Nice Private 1st class that can't even spell cadets correctly.....

  • @xXxkawaiihitlerxXx It's called a "typo". Ever heard of them?

  • I used to be in the NJROTC at my high school and this video is a disgrace. My drill instructors would basically make us do push ups while in our uniforms. This is awful and pathetic.

  • "KEEP YOUR FUCKING BEARING" is what my MOTHER would say

  • I would love to have been able to understand these cadets -_- Learn to speak English why don't ya.

  • @MrTheMurphinator When I was in boot, we had a latino that didn't speak English well. The D.I. asked him a question a few times and he couldn't answer properly. The D.I. said.."CAN YOU ANSWER ME IN ENGLISH?!!! He said "SIR NO SIR!". The D.I. told him..."SCREAM IT IN SPANISH MAGGOT!!!".

  • future reference. if this is inpection in a competition. you should NOT put in people who have no idea of anything. and should not put let 1's in them either because they especially have no idea of anything. learn hard train hard and good luck in the future all those who were in this video

  • Thi is horrible. One of our AIs is a former infantry 1SG and combatives instructor and would KILL us if we ever showed up so ill prepared. Then again, we've been an HUD for years, so I can't complain. I also can't complain about being a Cadet Major hehehe!

  • ...shouldn't they sound off? we have to

  • THEY SUCK AT BEARING!!XD

  • arent they suppose to say

cadet _____, ready for inspection ______, lol

  • Wow...at my school, my NS4 would say the question so quietly you can barely hear it one moment and then scream in your face for answering that quietly the next.

  • Poor commander

  • Why are LET 1's given cords?

What's up with all them breaking bearing?!

    -sigh-

I give up with all that in this video. I feel very proud of my school now.

  • @SasukeIsPwnage at my school chords dont matter on LET level, they matter on wat youve done to earn it

  • @imsoepic48 For us, we get it through raiders, drill, color guard, rifle, being in raiders for 4 years and being #1 (only one given out for that), and orienteering, but all of them are given out at the beginning of the year after earning them. So you'd need a full year for drill to have a red one here.

  • @SasukeIsPwnage oh cuss im on armed drill and honor gaurd and i have both my chords and im a LET 1

  • @SasukeIsPwnage well im let 1 and just a question how can you tell they are all let 1

  • @theSAINTSfootball Their ranks, lack of bearings, lack of ribbons, and the fact that some straight up said they were first years made most of it obvious... Obviously, they weren't all LET 1's, but they were all given cords.

  • @SasukeIsPwnage

first: Anyone can have cords you just have to earn them

second: because they are bad cadets

  • @dazmaster22 First: LET 1's can't at my school - we need at least one year for them. Second: They have gold stars, so I'd hope to hell that their inspectors weren't relaxed enough with them to give them with bad bearings good scores.

  • @SasukeIsPwnage haha no kidding...why the fuck are they wearing headgear inside... fkkn retards

so many things wrong shoulder boards, grade/ rank insignia on the garrison... where?

  • @dpgreeneptxrotc ...headgear should be worn during inspections, inside or out....

  • @SasukeIsPwnage I'm a LET 1 with my color guard and drill team cords. I am also the assistant S-3 and a sergeant. Granted, I'm the only LET 1 with any of these things, but it's not impossible. And I agree, this video makes me very proud of my school.

  • @SasukeIsPwnage i guess at some schools (like mine) you are giving cords, i got mine for raiders.

  • @ScaredNub We have to complete a whole year of it to get a cord here, and you also have to still be in it after that to keep it. LET 1's can't have them because they haven't completed a whole year of the team.

  • @SasukeIsPwnage yeah rotc at my school is kinda lame, we dont got airsoft course, or drill sgt's. we only have a sgt, and its mostly run by students.

  • @SasukeIsPwnage I'm a LET 1 and I've been given both JV Rifle and Drill Cords

  • @SasukeIsPwnage let 1s are givin cords because they are a part of the drill team nd it is mandatory to wear a drill cord to inspections

  • @SasukeIsPwnage Why are they wearing TWO red Cords? This Platoon has no hope.

  • Their bearing is crap. If we break our bearing we get hammered during inspection

  • bearing.... terrible with all of them

  • bearing? no? oh okay.

  • They should not look around

  • damn JROTC at my school is lax as hell!

  • :/ they all probably did drill but they all look like let 1's without there ranks or anything on :/... i think its funny :) just because they fail atleast my JROTC class gets it right, well... atleast my squad does XD

  • I was bad ass in inspection! I could not be tricked for any question! They just lack confidence and that's why they are getting chewed out!

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • Wait.. the people recording weren't breaking rank, were they? D:

  • @PivotingSniper316 its called staff :'D

  • @PivotingSniper316 It only breaks rank when you walk through the area of their shoulder marks, other than that, you can walk in front and behind the cadets.

  • Y do they all have drill cords

  • IM AM TERRIFIED!!! I WANT TO SWITCH OUT!!!

  • THEY JUST GOT OWNED :O

  • is that bakersfield high school

  • I might be in NJROTC but these kids need a lot more practice, need to sound off, learn their knowledge, and keep their bearing. And im a first year!

  • how can someone not know about the m4/m16 rifle?

  • how the hell are they an honor unit with distinction?!?!

  • @nickJ5959 ahahaha when i first saw this i thought the SAME thing these guys are horrible! i wasn't even close to that bad when i was a freshman!

though got to say compared to those guys our inspectors are nice lol,of course our cadets actually know what we are doing hahaha

  • @WhiteWolf9894 im a sophmore LET1 (i just moved and they didnt have jrotc at my old school) and i still knew almost all of these questions. this is just sad. we have a most of the time lax jrotc program, but we are still top in the state (even though we only started 2 years ago)(new school) because we are a group of dedicated, and motivated cadets.

  • holy shit...this makes me feel bad for the poor bastards

  • Compared to my school's ROTC, this is amazing. It makes our JROTC look... Lax...

  • damn their torches are messed up!

  • From all tge schools ive seen yhe jrotc seems a joke. None of these kids look anything close to military material.

  • these kids suck in my rotc steaphens county high school we are the best in the state and i would not get away with SAYING "YEAH" DRILL SGT and even im a let 1 pfc ohhuaa go RAIDERS

  • have fun working at mcdonalds ur awful for the military

  • These cadets suck ass.

  • These cadets are ate up!

  • Nasty

  • That was just...repulsive. Bearing=Terrible. This school needs a lot of work. Obviously your leadership needs to work more to get your unit together. I'm disgusted.

  • That was awful I'm a let 1 private and even I could do better than them...especially the girls there hair is all nappy and the guys don't even sound off....they also need to work on their bearing

  • 1:24 he is saying "yeah drill sergeant"...how is he getting away with "YEAH"?!?!?!?

  • FAIL

  • "no, sir"

"...do I look like a guy to you?"

  • Why are your garrison hats on inside? I know that t is an inspection, but you could at least go outside.

  • M16 you dumb pathetic cadet you call yourself!!! you make me sick!!! i maybe young BUT I SURE IN THE HELL KNOW THAT MY DADDY RAN OUT THERE WITH HIS FNING M16!!! & GUISE WHAT HE WAS A STAFF SERGEANT!

  • This program needs a lot of work. Most of them looked like they just rolled out of bed and picked their uniform off the ground and put it on. The SAI failed these cadets. It's not their fault.

  • @Iao74185 In the Army, we've got a saying "Bad leadership is still leadership". We also have an understanding "Leadership is responsible for the unit, not the soldier". What does that mean? That its the soldier's (in this case a JROTC cadet) responsibility, to study, know their uniform, know their regulations and uphold each of them. The fault rests with the cadets not their leadership.

  • @TheArmydude050290 I 100 percent agree with your statement. But we also have to remember that these are teenage kids in high school not being trained for battle. I don't even think there is even bad leadership here. There is NO leadership here. Would an SAI let this happen? The SAI in our high school program sure wouldn't. These kids are completely lost and wouldn't know where to start improving on. I'm not military but one week with my old JROTC knowledge and they would be a different unit.

  • and theres a break in military baring this is terrible

  • their elements arent even aligned!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • As a Chief Master Sergeant in AFJROTC FL-023, I must say, that was terrible... no offense, but this unit needs some good old fashioned discipline.

  • I could answer everyone of those questions these kids all sound like they have speach problems they must have brought rotc to the esl class
