  • love this song, stevie is the man of all time! motown was the ultimate record company

  • I bought this album when I was 11 years old. I'm a bit (actually a lot) older now and it hasn't lost any of its appeal. "You fill this heart of mine with happiness. Thank you love." How simple and pure. This man has a child's heart.

  • For those who may not know, Stevie has said that this song was a very important song to him. And that he actually wrote the song we now know as "Summer Soft" around the same time he wrote "Thank You Love". If you listen to both of them closely, you can hear all the similarities in chord changes, melody and structure. I love love love both these two and are very important in my life. Thanks Stevie for all the wonderful memories!!

  • @DMob888333 Wow - I didn't know that! Thanx 4 the info!

  • Thank you love...you know who you are.

  • When I here this song it reminds me of my sister. She love this song so much. She use to sing all the time. She's gone now. I miss her. God bless her

  • Truly superb from the master of motown.

  • Absolutely fantastic. Just another superb motown hit from the governor.

  • Supeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer Song!!!!!!!

  • @OsvaldoMenegazzi Absolutely! This song is the equivalent to vitamins, sunshine, smiles, friends, and love wrapped into one! When I was a kid, I would play this song before going to school each day (Junior High). It put a smile on my face then, and it puts a happy countenance in my soul today.

  • Thought I was a Stevie fan but did not know of this album. Thank you for the education

  • Jamerson is laying in on it!! Stevie's work with The Funk Bros was crucial for his development for what was to come ahead..

This is in my Top 5 of Stevie jams..

  • This takes me back to the Summer of '67 when I was 3 yrs old vacationing for the Summer at my grandmother's house in Arkansas, & my sister, who was five, would sit her record player outside, & we would listen to records all day long in the sunshine. Just the two of us. It was, & still is really beautiful. Thank you
