We were playing tug a war and I had to have people come help me pull my stuff away, We just ended up dragging people across the floor. There was this other girl I knew who beat every boy in the room in arm wrestling. I find that really offensive. Parkour helps self confidence. Being sexist does not help.

My personal advice is this: work on your flow. Your running style looked a little stunted , as if you were'nt even trying to move very fast. And as you're a group work on group flow, maby even find a spot and choreograph a group piece, but you all should work on personal flow and style. That's just my advice tho.

From the females I trained & currently train with where I'm from, ladies are more precised & fluid and tend to have slightly better balance. Everyone learns differently weather they are Traceur or Traceuse
