Oh hello! Have you thought about the Fat Blast Furnace (do a google search)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my friend burned lots of unwanted fat.
@TheMuscle1984 he's a simple guy living a simple life, you may find him boring but if you look at most flaboyant characters they have no substance. this guy works hard and is motivated.
@TheMuscle1984 You should watch the whole doc. He was exhausted from Pre Olympia training. I think you would be the same way if you trained like he did :)
Im a endomorph TRYN 2 LEAN. BREAKFAST is 3 packs of Quaker Oats oatmeal made witrh water not milk my SNACKS is usually a fiber one bar or green seedless grapes my LUNCH is a turkey breast sandwhich with guldens spicy mustard on Arnolds whole grain 12 grain bread my DINNER is A Chicken breast cutlet brolied with no skin with a dole romaine blend salad I try to eat 3hrs in bettween is that ok for a way for me to eat anyones help whould be great and I take ON 211 RECOVERY SHAKE AFTER A WORKOUT
ones you get used to this type of diet it is actually REALLY delicious. Filling but not "I have to lie down" bloating meals. Love the brown rice and low fat beef (on a foreman grill) and some vegs meal
haha watching him fiddling about with that tiny pepper bullshit was hilarious. It reminds me of the time i tried to change the battery in my watch...just too big for that nonsense :)
@Blazerelf are you kidding?? bodybuilders eat a ton of carbs. it's the types of carbs (mostly) complex, and the times that they eat the carbs, (usually early in the day), that separates bodybuilders from your typical average, american fatass..
@TheHardTruth101 they suppose to stop eating too much carbs b4 competition to brun fat and be as lean as possible, that why u here alot about bb b4 contest saying they "were starving". and since he saysi here precontest iwas expecing same low carb issue
@Blazerelf i guess it's all in what you consider "low carb". i've heard of bodybuilders "cycling" carbs close to a competition, NEVER cut them out!! else they get too flat. i think i read where ronnie would alternate between like 100 to 200, and carb up right before a comp. those that try to CUT carbs completely usually end up coming in too stringy and flat come the day of the comp
@TheHardTruth101 I'm confused too because Kevin on another video talked about eating no carbs for five days to sometimes two weeks and fish as his protein. Don't mistaken my comment as arguing with you, I'm just curious because I don't know.

It's not really NO carb considering there is fiber in the green beans. Fiberous carbs but still a small amount of carbs.
