Water droplets on the hydrophobic surface

This is very interesting! Does anyone know or predict if water would locally affect the diffusion of the hydrophobic surface?

@tsawad I don't understand 'diffusion of the HB surface'. diffusion meaning dissociation from the planar arrangement, or perhaps mixing of the molecules within the plane?

im curious as to if he water molecules would evaporate before the hydrophobic molecules started to weaken.
