@dendaddy1218 Not entirely sure what you mean by this question. but I will try to answer it anyway.
The "NJ" is a river in Far North Queensland in Australia, and stands for North Johnstone. ie this was filmed on the north johnstone river. I'm not sure if you are aware of this or not, but as far as specific locations I couldn't tell you, it was a four day expedition so I would assume a large chunk of the NJ. Hope that helped :)
@KevsAmateurProductio thanks for clearing that up ,NJ in the states stands for New Jersey were I live and I knew there were no rivers like that here.Nice quiet brooks but no rivers.
Yes I have, I actually bought rain x before the trip but I read the back of it and it said only to use on glass, so I decided against it. Jar you tried it, an does it work/ ruin your lense cover thing!?
What i did as far as the mount went, I bought i bit of rubber from clark rubber, about 25x15cm in dimensions, then i mounted the curved adhesive on this bit of rubber( the rubber was quite like stiff) then on the underside of this i put some double sided tape, then i put this on the front of the raft, and put straps around the rubber and around the tube of the raft. Quite complicated if you ask me but it worked and i was able to take it off again without any damage
@KevsAmateurProductio Great!! thank you so much. I have a shoot coming up in Costa Rica and we are using three Gopro cameras. We are going down the Pacuare River, this very helpful. Thank you.
@iandevier Or if you plan on leaving the mount on the boat, you can use the surf hero mount. But since i went with a company i wasnt allowed to do this. But yes this is a lot easier :)
Ive been white water rafting before but never capsized. What is it like to capsize in the rapids?

Which mount did you use to mount it in the front of the raft?
SuperRcrc 9 months ago
@SuperRcrc I made one, but i suggest you use the surf mount, that would have saved me a lot of hassle.
at 0:53 its the black rectangle on the front of the boat. :)
