late reply I know, but someone left a vodka bottle on the fire (empty) with the cap on, and it took it about 20 mins but I swear this is the truth; it exploded and 3 shards of glass (about 1-2 inches big each) were nailed into the hail bay me and 2 friends were sitting on, so close to having a massive shard of white hot glass in my shin.. that should woulda hurt! in short, just never put anything remotely explosive on a fire, or if you are stupid enough to do so, stay the fuck away!
