I know he appears in 'The Key to Vector Sigma' and 'Cosmic Rust' and, in the former episode, he does know about Megatron's new minions 'the Stunticons'; in the latter, he knows the Stunticons were behind the cosmic rust and that Megatron later used it on the Autobots who he hates.

Even though that episode was before the introduction of the only Autobot I like anyway, it's just as well
