At a quick glance one might think this is Mimi Farina. However, in fact it is Rosalie Sorrells. Mimi's voice was higher pitched and sweeter. Also Mimi was not at Woodstock.
Rosalie taught Jerry to be Jerry.

The way the dobro finished that up sounded very rehearsed. I would venture to say that Bromberg was probably playing gigs with Rosalie at the time.
