people actually seem to be happy to work for google everywhere in the world. in america it was selected as the number one company to work for in the US by forbes magazine. besides that google had last year over 1 million job applicants, 200 thousand more than microsoft.

that was just a statistic. i know i would like to work for them though i do not know how well they pay:P as for google itself i find it to be the best search engine i have ever used (there i go with the publicity again, right?)
