@ItsAllJustMovement ...If the lack of ROM is soft tissue only, (usually from sustained immobility IE a cast) then lots of heat therapy, stretching and ankle tractions should return you to full ROM in 4-6 months. If a bony or sudden end feel is presented due to pins or new bone structure then surgical intervention is the only way (From an RMT)
