  • always want oxygen to be distributed to the body during stretches

  • PLease do not listen to this stupid bitch. This exercises repeated will cause lordosis.

  • She is not doing it right!! Instructions unclear!!! NOT GOOD!!

  • The stretch is done wrong, because she is arching the lower back; the lower back should be flatten against the floor. There are other videos that show it correctly.
