@Darkis34 go to the temple of mara in riften and talk to this guy there and buy his amulet then go up to a female that isn't married yet and put on the amulet then talk to her then u will marry her (btw i forgbet the guys name so your gonna have to search around the temple)

talk to the jarls steward/advisor to buy a house, you can buy one in each city if you want, some citys have small, basic, cheap, shed like houses to buy, others have mansions :)
