Would love to see some one does side by side comparison between 5.11 Rush 2 4 vs Maxpedition Condor II.

I feel like Maxpedition is better build, and more simple to organize things especially on the top pocket. But love the Rush 24 flat split style bag and two hidden side pockets. Both are too heavy for long hike, but suppose okey for everyday carry around a town, etc.

This is a great bag. I've been using one (black) for about 9mons. Would recommend this bag. I even picked up a 72hrs bag (OD) but the problem is I'm attached to the 24hrs bag. Just a great bag....

That is SO cool how the Jetboil fits on there! I've been thinking of a project like this for a while (never done it before) and will be interested to see how you go in subsequent vids with this bag.

Great videos, thanks for the information. My first tactical pack was a Condor Outdoor Assault pack.  I like the pack but came across the Maxpedition line of products. I have since bought a Falcon II pack which I use for my work EDC. Maxpedition addresses the bottom compression straps. Thanks again and keep up the good videos.

LOL, my bag is similar to yours. Vulture II with the 5.11 h20 carrier on the side and a medic pouch on the other side. Oh and OD too.

I was looking at the medic pouch yesterday but I didn't think it was gonna be big enough. I like the idea of having the FAK on the outside of the pack so you can get to it quickly.

Thanks for the comment. I had thought about going with a Camelbak talon but no dealers in my area stocked them and I didnt want to buy without seeing it first. I may still go with one if its big enough for a BOB or a spare for my wife.

I wouldn't do the video till I had the ZS patch.

I carry a clone of a Maxpedition Falcon II for now, I'm still really considering a 5.11 Rush 24/7 though. I'm just using the clone because it was a gift.

Funny you mention the Falcon II. The dealer had one of them in stock and I had it in my hands then I saw the 5.11.

And I screwed up in the video too, its a RUSH24. Not 24/7.

Thanks for the comment Dude, and my pleasure promoting your site. My video editing program is just iMovie that came with my iMac. I gotta be honest the tube vaults from CC are bigger then I thought they would be, but I still like them. Ill keep you posted how the project is coming along.
