well if God doesnt exist then only the rules of the world apply, survival of the fittest. @monsta123x - it is a good argument though because the claim isn't just that it was designed, it's that it was designed by a perfect being, ergo his designs are perfect. So evidence of a bad design would mean the designer is not perfect. So either god exists as an imperfect being or not at all.

@believelt1051 - things do evolve into other species from lesser forms. The entire fossil record supports this. In a very literal sense, everything is a 'transitional form'. Before you go and pull the "what about so called 'living fossils' how come they did not evolve on..." realize this: Unless there is an external pressure on a population to adapt or change - evolutionary theory holds it is likely that the population will change very little, as its already suited to its environment.
@SpecialEdAllstar The fossil record has more gaps in it now than ever before. Darwin even admitted that his theory would be debunked unless the gaps were filled in with more discoveries. Nothing about fossils backs up Darwinism. I don't know about "living fossils", but what I do know is they have found fossils and have said they prove transition from one species to another only to find out that species is still alive today. See, a true theory is tested before it's submitted.

The thing that really gets me is the complexity of life on Earth (which creationists ironically often use as proof of God). Why would God create 25,000 species of lichen? Is it some kind of fetish? Even if he REALLY liked lichen, wouldn't a few hundred have been sufficient? Why would he have "designed" an eye with so many parts? Working from scratch, wouldn't he have gone with a simpler design? Hell, they barely had any imagination - the old testament was pieced together from preexisting myths and traditions. Even the concept of heaven was ripped off from Zoroaster. What little statements the bible does make of a scientific nature are, without exception, totally wrong. your god cant even write his own book let alone 'design' anything. Please get help.

I believe in evolution but making fun of intelligent design this way comes across as ....not stupid, but pointless. My argument with christians was always, maybe it still is his design but he's just more complicated than we're able to understand which would make sense if he's god right? I don't believe that....but I think trying to go, oooo, small pox killed people and god hate killing people maybe misunderstands that it also reduces the population for a small planet.

It's possible the big bang was the result of a giant being sitting at the loo. The fact is that none of it matters to our day to day decisions, and praying to ala, vishnu, christ or any other petty god is a waste of energy. Groups of animals would have evolved on while other groups of the same animal remained or evolved along a different path. What you just stated further proves evolution. Everything about fossils back up evolution and blows holes in your fairy tale. If god created everything - why have NO modern species EVER been found fossilized with ancient species? IF they were around at the same time......

The ten commandments are largely ripped from Hammurabis code. Cain and able are a ripoff of the horus and set myth. This is plain to see had you done any research into your book of lies. The bible also rips off Greek mythology as well. There is literally nothing new or unique in it. Its a joke, your god is fairy tale, and your a fool.

The NT was written WELL after the event taking place in it supposedly occured - if jesus ever existed and was as well known as the gospels said, there would be external evidence of this. There is not one single mention of 'jesus' outside the bible - and the bible's accounts are hearsay. Its almost certain that he never even existed at all.

@believelt1051 - things do evolve into other species from lesser forms. The entire fossil record supports this. In a very literal sense, everything is a 'transitional form'. Before you go and pull the "what about so called 'living fossils' how come they did not evolve on..." realize this: Unless there is an external pressure on a population to adapt or change - evolutionary theory holds it is likely that the population will change very little, as its already suited to its environment.

@SpecialEdAllstar The fossil record has more gaps in it now than ever before. Darwin even admitted that his theory would be debunked unless the gaps were filled in with more discoveries. Nothing about fossils backs up Darwinism. I don't know about "living fossils", but what I do know is they have found fossils and have said they prove transition from one species to another only to find out that species is still alive today. See, a true theory is tested before it's submitted.

@believelt1051 - Not all scientific facts are consistent with the bible. Genetics for one. Job talks about placing a striped staff by water and that the goats who mated there had stripped offspring because of the staff. That's not how reproductive genetics work.
