Nice video but one thing what threw this dish off was using a whole stem of rosemary. Dish presentation is nice though. I'm just saying. Great video BTW!!!
I am just starting my professional carreer as a cook/chef. I was just wondering, if the meat is already cooked, RTE, should'nt the chef be wearing gloves? Am I being tought incorrectly?
It would be nice if the sauce and tomatoes weren't surrounding the dish since the center has A LOT going on. I'd just put a tiny amount of sauce around the center

@MasterBenji118 I also noticed the chef was not wearing no gloves. lol perhaps they ran out :) this is a great video.

@MasterBenji118 i believe that your gloves are as clean as your hands. as long as you keep your hands clean then it doesnt matter.
