@Kronact64 I'm pretty sure you can. While there is no definitive distance to define outer space, it is considered by most to be somewhere between 62 and 76 miles above us. The operational altitude of a the space shuttle is 120 to 600 miles, and a number of astronauts have claimed to be able to see and even photograph the great wall while in orbit.

I am willing to be corrected if I am wrong.
