I agree and disagree with your points.
Firstly, 'rape' is a loss of innocence, getting beat up is a 'loss of pride', neither is worse than eachother as both are at the climax of a persons mentality. If they are talking about that concept, it is completly jusified. Although Woody + Wings attacked this subject completly the wrong way, and neither should even be compared - simply because it's morally wrong, they are comparable, and both you, and them are correct to some extent in what you say.

I know someone who was very close to me, my best friend. she was raped by her father. It absolutely killed her because she was afraid to tell anyone, her father would literally kill her if she said one word about it. What did she do? she overdosed. Now please tell me, what is worse? A beat down or rape. Too me these could be on even terms. Someone could also die if they got a really bad beat down. One is not worse then the other.
