Drinking it with a water purifier will make tons of difference in your life.

@theshaggyshow I don't know who gave you this information, but you have been mislead. It is very clear that the average ocean temperature is rising. Fluorescent are meant to be recycled, thus no mercury in the environment. Also, the coal saved buy using Fluorescent bulbs reduces the mercury put into the atmosphere by more than what is a a bulb, yes coal has mercury too. Also, B vitamins aren't just meats, there in other foods, like wheat in avocado. Maybe you should do more accurate research.
