  • The Warminster Police did nothing about a man pulling a gun on someone?? In 2006, 3 Warminster Police officers, shot over 55 rounds in my backyard...shooting and killing my brother Sean. They claimed he "pulled a handgun on them" moments before they shot over 55 rounds, hitting my brother 6....all of which were to his back. There were also TWO eyewitnesses, that saw the ENTIRE event unfold from their bedroom windows. they said, they saw him running with his hands above his head...UNARMED

  • @DroFlow42069 That's a horrible situation you described. But don't be surprised the police and courts did nothing about Olsen's illegal gun use. He's buddies with the cops, DA and judge.

  • The evidence is still in the polices' hands, isn't it.

  • You guys are idiots following someone around like that at high speeds, you could have killed someone.

  • @G50Mrvl Now do you want to say a word about the driver of the lead vehicle who was watching his rear view as much as looking out the windshield, who could have pulled over at any time?

  • @SHARKonlineorg Hes also an idiot, but it does appear that he tried to pull over several times yet had someone following him at high speeds when he attempted to do so. You are completely within your rights to protest, but please keep the safety of others in mind.

  • @G50Mrvl Steve's speed was consistent or less than Olsen's, so Olsen had plenty of opportunity to stop. It's called signaling, braking, pulling over, stopping. Steve was mindful of traffic around him. Olsen wasn't.

  • So, the cops are owned by these cowards?? Fuckin hell, cant you take action over their heads?

  • @bermudaguy1 It goes over their heads to the district attorneys, and then right up to the governor. PA is an animal killer's paradise.

  • i realize this...i'm talking about the glock 18 fully automatic pistol...which is not available to the general public...but all the gun talk aside...im wondering what you guys have tried to do to change the law in penn. it must be 1 hell of an uphill battle with so many corrupt officials 8(

  • @lilcratis PA has humane laws, but officials are blind to it in order to protect their NRA bosses. We and others have been trying to change the law for over twenty five years to clarify. The NRA rules Pennsylvania. Legislators are either owned or intimidated by them. Every peaceful, legal avenue is being pursued. Unfortunately the wall of corruption extends from local police departments such as Warminster right up to the governor's office, no matter which party is in power.

  • You're lucky that old man wasn't me, I would've shot at you before I even got out of the car. You stupid motherfucker, who do you think you are, chasing him around like that and then challenging him, what did you expect? You big pussy. Grow a pair.

  • @DrNecro666 Right. You'd be illegally hiding behind a gun and you call someone else a pussy. You're a real man. Not.

  • @DrNecro666 In fact, the gunman and his thug cohorts were followed after the second time the gunman used his vehicle as a weapon of intimidation. What was the challenge - the question as to whether the thug was trying to intimidate - to which he answered in the affirmative?

Your claim of "big pussy" and "grow a pair" is hilarious. The gunman threatens with his vehicle and then hides behind his gun. Who needs a pair, I mean, besides you?

  • How many people died as a result of conflict all over the world today? And you're protesting and bothering people over pigeons?

Get a life and act your age. Throwing a punch on somebody is considered deadly force. If I am carrying my firearm and someone punches me, knocking me out, whats to stop them from stealing my firearm?

    Fucking idiot.

  • @doubletap777 Apparently you're the kind of 'man' who would let another 'man' get away with assaulting a woman; turn a blind eye, because that's exactly what you're doing in this situation.

And not so sorry to burst your misinformed bubble, but 'throwing a punch' is not considered deadly force. However, brandishing a weapon is.

As for conflict all over the world, take care of it, instead of trolling the internet.

  • @doubletap777 There are responsible gun owners, and then there are creeps like the gunman in this video and you. A punch is not considered deadly force. Do you just make this garbage up as you go along?

  • Pushing a camera away is not assault, sorry. following someone is putting them under mental duress and physically moving someone is assault. sorry. he did not threaten you, only placed you under a citizens arrest.

  • @xBrutalis502x Wrong, from your first sentence to last.

  • WARMINSTER cops are just as corrupt as DARBY, and COLLINGDALE police depts. I bet CHIEF ROBERT ADAMS of COLLINGDALE POLICE takes part in these shoots also.

If youre a cop from any of these townships, you can SUCK MY DICK.

  • interesting...

BTW, the gun you showed in the video is a glock 17, its not available to the american public.

  • @pijef Pull your head out. Any American who can lawfully own a handgun can buy a Glock 17.

  • @pijef lol you're thinking of the glock 18

  • @lilcratis If the 17 wasn't available to the American public, it wouldn't be for sale at retailers, gun shows and all over the internet.

  • Welcome to Mississippi, 1963, boy! The judge/DA will do what they did in Berks Co. The FBI won't investigate local corrupt cops/judiciary til, perhaps, one of these thugs kills someone, or maybe it will take a few murders. The FBI calls animal rights activists the #1 domestic terrorist threat; local corrupt cops/DAs can feel safe from oversight. When every level of law enforcement is corrupt, does anyone see why some '60s groups worked outside the law?

  • I can't believe they can get away with this. THEY meaning the cops. Have you ever reported this to the state attorney generals office? Have you ever search campaign contributions? By "law" they have to disclose donations. Not that these fools seem to care ab out the law.

  • @TheJboogie314 The state attorney general says it's the local district attorneys' problem. Speaking of passing the buck, and yes, we have uncovered the fact that the DAs have received campaign contributions from these killing clubs.

  • Corruption @ it's finest. I hoped they get audited by the letter boys.(F.B.I.)

  • I do believe the cops in that area see you kind of like that and are letting it cloud their judgement in doing their job.

  • @musiman28 Then they shouldn't be police officers.

  • I am sure if you haven't been able to see it and you are involved, some guy from Texas doesn't stand a chance. While I don't agree with a lot of your opinions, or most of your tactics which border on bullying sometimes, you do have the right to act that way in America.

  • Ya know, I would also be interested in seeing the video shot by the guy in the back seat. But from you video, It doesn't look like she was assaulted, he just shoved the camera out of his face. Not saying that was appropriate, but there are some really weird people in this world. Given the circumstances, looks to me like he pulled the gun out of frustration and fear.

  • @musiman28 "" be interested in seeing the video shot by the guy in the back seat."" We'd like to see that as well. Perhaps you can contact the PD and ask about it.

  • If you were following me and then shoved me, I would pull a gun on your bullying ass too!

  • @musiman28 You sound like the kind of guy that would assault a woman then cry when a man defended her.

  • support SB 626 and put an end to the cruel practice of using live animals for trap shooting and target practice.

  • You're lucky you didn't get shot. You are an idiot, and you are hurting your cause. I understand you guys don't like the shooting of the pigeons, but you can't harass people into believing the same things as you, especially when they are breaking no laws. You chased him, you wanted a fight, and you almost got it. Play stupid games; win stupid prizes.

  • @RandomGuyinunderwear Ignore all the facts, demonstrate you have an agenda.

  • The video shows you performing a car chase and the pursued vehicle only confronted you once the driver could no longer retreat. You committed a battery against this older man and in defense, he drew his weapon. I am not sure what you think happened but it seems very clear that your were the aggressor. Additionally, your high speed chase threatened public safety. I can imagine you will be lucky not to face criminal charges. Just step back and objective look at the actions that took place.

  • @ScottieG59 If you call that a chase, you have low standards for the term. To claim the gunman could no longer retreat is simply incorrect. The gunman was pushed when, and only after he assaulted a woman. It is very clear to anyone without an agenda that the gunman was the aggressor.

  • how often does the pigeon shooting happen, is it like a weekly thing? also when you were protesting did you get a good response from the public townsfolk?

  • @excop360 The pigeon shoots are likely averaging once every couple weeks, perhaps more. The local folks took the protest in stride. They don't know much about the issue yet, as there have been just a couple protests.

  • According to your video, there isn't enough evidence to convict anybody of anything. You both were being reckless and both parties were being petty. Sure he was an older guy who pulled a gun on someone who was following and harassing. Both of you guys acted like idiots and I don't think the police should act in anyway but to tell you all to grow up!

  • You'd fit in better in California.

  • similar but probably not the same gun? similar but probably not the same car?

You disagree with what the police and the "gunman" said because you are WRONG! makes sense to me

    hahahahahahahah

  • As a licensed gun carrier in PA i know and have studied the laws and regulations...pulling that gun was in every way wrong and against the law he should be spending the next few years in prison for pulling that gun.

  • That wasn't a Glock. >.>

  • @ieahXIII

XD 9mm or 40 Sub compact.

  • They're rats with wings... And your dumb ass followed an armed man. You're not exactly the brightest bulb in the box are you?

  • @Uuxaul Let's look at this in a calm and factual manner. Comparing a pigeon to you, which is better looking? I'm certain the pigeon would win that contest. Who can find the way home without a map or GPS from hundreds of miles away? The pigeon. Which can fly? The pigeon. Which carried messages during wartime? The pigeon. I doubt your resume is so impressive.

Does a pigeon poop? Sure. So do you, I would suggest out your mouth as well as your butt.

    In conclusion, the pigeon wins.

  • get a life and do something more beneficial to your community. stop acting like you were a victim coz you instigated the whole thing. The older guy was wrong in pulling the gun out but if you had not followed them it could have been avoided. You got the license plate and still you argued w/ the person. And now you are crying you got harassed?

If someone was following me like you did, you're lucky I didn't drive to the police station. you broke a lot of traffic laws and endangered the public.

  • This dude escalated the situation and cried when he got a gun shoved in his face. The police aren't doing shit because he's a dumb shithead and they're kind of hoping something happens to him.

  • @MDKrinkels No one from our side cried. You're right, the police are rooting for the gunman. It's called corruption.

  • @SHARKonlineorg it's only 'corruption' when things don't go your way, huh? That's a scary way to think, man.

  • @MDKrinkels When they ignore all the things the gunman did to start this, yes it is corruption.

  • @SHARKonlineorg You chased him with your car, and shoved him (what is this, highschool?). Look, I'm against all this pigeon shooting too, it's ridiculous and excessively cruel, but when you act like this you're only hurting your cause. It's not an easy fight, and it's not a fight won by acting like a 17 year old.

  • @SHARKonlineorg they're also ignoring your awesome driving and shoving people. Look, all the police see are two yahoos yammering at each other and crying about 'who started it'. You need to take the moral high ground and that path isn't laden with car chases and shoving. Just saying.

  • Boo Hoo! You're a terrorist. Mind your own business.

  • Buddy, the police aren't going to do anything, as they shouldn't. All the video shows is -you- chasing a man wildly through public streets and -him- trying to avoid you and escape the situation. Finally, the man realizes he can not escape so he stands his ground, the situation escalates, you strike at him for pushing a camera and he draws his gun in self defense. What he did was spawned by -your- actions. The police should talk to him and arrest you.

  • I saw that video and you committed more crimes than him and endangered more lives than any one else involved

  • do you know if the man that pulled his weapon had a concealed hand gun license?

  • @DUBLIN117 No, we don't know.

  • @SHARKonlineorg Well the police not making any arrests on the issue may be because he had a license to carry and from what i saw in the video of the chase he was completely in his right to draw on the both of you. although the show of force that he used was not needed. i am what you would call a "gun nut" but i never think that violence is the answer i only own firearms to protect myself and my family inside my home. I also have a Concealed handgun license but rarely carry.

  • If you fuck with the bull you can expect the horns.

Prevoking anyone will result in a confrontation, and if you´re going to piss off someone with a gun AND outnumber him you can expect him to draw a gun on you.

It´s his legal right to shoot pidgeons even if you and others don´t approve, and you have no right to haress him.

You´re phrasing shit to suit your own situation, you´re the coward here, trying to paint yourself in a good light.

  • I'd be interested to see if you get sued for libel and slander.

  • @tastyfreshmusic Not a concern.

  • Can you give me directions to this pigeon shoot? I've got plenty of bird shot and I'm itching to down some pigeons.

  • @jigglypiggly Sure. Just follow the stench of cowardice.

  • If you felt like suspects, you are suspects. Simple number of views don't help your cause especially when this whole things seems like a craving of attention on your part.

  • you guys are funny.

  • @rifleman1122 Thanks. We'll be here all week.

  • @SHARKonlineorg mores the pity. I'd draw on you wackos too if you chased me down.

  • You SHART people wanted trouble and you found it.

  • they're protecting him because you animal activist faggots were in the wrong. pull your head out of your ass, how much pride do you have? fuck

  • Bore axis too high to be a glock, looks like a two tone Springfield XD of some sort.

  • @UBusdriver

Thats why I thought. Or a s&w 40 but rear of slide doesn't look right.

  • Our thanks to all the gun nuts for raising our viewer numbers, and for showing yourselves up as the crazies you are. Any responsible gun owner decries this nonsense.

  • @SHARKonlineorg

please refrain yourself from calling all the "gun nuts" as being crazy and generalising them

in the way you have recelently been talking about us

    this is discrimination

as i stated in the other video of yours

    we do not wish this

as you (and me) animal rights protesters to be generalised in the same way

we (the gun owners) feel wronged by your words

  • @Elektronik Not all gun owners are gun nuts. On the contrary. A number of SHARK people own guns. The people trying to defend this gunman, however, are in our opinion way off base, and obviously when they encourage his shooting unarmed people, those folks are nuts.

  • @SHARKonlineorg you didn't get him trying to intimidate you on video, what you got on video is you harassing you and he can ring you court for that. The funny thing is, you have evidence of yourself harassing him.

  • I can't fathom how people can be as illogical as yourself.

  • Hey retard, im sorry to call you that but you really sound like one. where is the video of the protest, all you have is you chasing him. Thats kinda BS.

And pulling a handgun when you are threatened is not against the law. If you have doubts that you did nothing wrong ill tell you this, In Arizona you would have been shot for what you did. And get this No one would have cared. just another dumb ass messing with someone that didn't like to be pushed around

  • You're fucking nuts.

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • What exactly makes him a "gunman"? That implies that he shot. That term being used almost exclusively for shooters in murders. That man had a right to draw on you. Shouldve shot you. You were following him, presumably to his home.

  • It's a Glock 30, I think; not a Glock 17. Anyhow, I think the man was in the right. He shouldn't have pulled out his gun prematurely, but I think the man was justified and you shouldn't have harassed a man that carries, even if you do think you have "the moral high ground" on your "crusades".

  • You followed him, and provoked him... he should have shot you. Dirty hippy.

  • investigating what? EXACTLY! PROVE he had your stuff, PROVE he tried to run you over all i saw in the other video was proof of YOU harassing people god you are a pathetic "man" and you are lucky to be alive since he could have shot you for harassing him by chasing him down, and for assaulting him. and i dont know about anyone else here but i dont know where the police station is and if i did it would be the last thing on my mind when someone is chasing me around in their car

  • If the old guy you were harassing is charged for brandishing I hope you get charged with reckless driving and stalking, not to mention assault.

  • Your video is just further proof that animal activists are domestic terrorists. You should be in jail for recklessly endangering yourselves and others while driving like a fucking moron and also for stalking and harassment.

  • @SHARKonlineorg

It looked as though Mr. Olsen was trying to push the camera away - if I'm wrong, correct me, but that doesn't seem like a horrible thing. Now, if he did punch or hit the person holding the camera, then there's some obvious worries, but it didn't look like there was anything of the sort.

Also, just personally, I think you should have stayed in the car and turned the camera off. That would have likely stopped all of that from happening.

  • >Initiate car chase

    >Get out of vehicle to confront man after chasing him

    >Punch him

    >????

    >Expect police to arrest him

Carrying a handgun on public property is not a crime in Pennsylvania. Nor is drawing one as a means of deescalating a physical altercation. He committed no crime.

  • Pigeon shooting is legal

    Concealed carry is legal

Drawing a concealed firearm after being assaulted is not only legal but is the propose of CC

    Protesting is legal

shouting out someone's license plate number just so you can put it on youtube is even legal

Driving erratically and Harassment are illegal

And who exactly is the victim?

also, Olsen pushed the CAMERA not you girlfriend.

  • You talk like you are Mr. Innocent - you provoked this situation entirely and you put PEOPLE's lives in danger with your erratic driving, and for what? To prove you can catch up to someone squealing your tires half the time? You're no better than anyone else that I saw in that video. You are pathetic, I hope charges are filed against you.

  • @LightArtisanPhoto Mr. Olsen started the incident with two acts of intimidation, and in one case using his vehicle to threaten us.

  • @SHARKonlineorg

if he threatened you, you should have called the cops.

  • @zombeze Interesting that you should mention that. Olsen was reported to the police after he initially used his vehicle to try to intimidate SHARK's president, Mr. Hindi. The police asked if Mr. Hindi wanted to file an official report. He said that he would not unless the guy came back. The guy did come back, and so Mr. Hindi wanted the plate number to verify that it was indeed the same person/vehicle.

  • @SHARKonlineorg If you got his license plate number, why not just drive off, why get out of your car and push an old man? why even put yourself and your loved one in danger? and dont say "he started it first"

  • @SHARKonlineorg so why make the situation worse buddy? how old are you 50? im half that age and have more common sense, i agree with lightartisanphoto grow up bro you stand your ground with your beliefs but dont harrass people back even if they are idiots...... you could have been killed if i ever had to pull my gun on someone they would be shot and killed..... he didnt no your intentions as anyone being followed like that would

  • It is not illegal to "pull a gun out on a public street" if the individual with the gun feels threatened.

  • @77theflame77 Olsen was with two other guys. Mr. Hindi was with Janet Enoch. If Olsen felt threatened, he could have drive to the police station, which was just blocks away. He didn't feel threatened. He thought he could get away with assault, and then when he is pushed, he claims to be the victim. Sissy.

  • @SHARKonlineorg This is the reason why people in America are allowed to carry (with a license of course), so they can protect themselfs against crazy people chasing them down in a minivan. Even if Mr. Olsen was with two other guys, it really seems he wasn't looking for a fight, and he got his point across when he pulled his gun.

  • @77theflame77 You must have been looking at a different video.

  • @SHARKonlineorg

Nope, the video I watched had you chasing down an elderly man. You threatened him and the second he stopped he pulled his pistol.

  • @FarmerGriff What a nut.

  • @SHARKonlineorg

Really, for seeing what is shown? You have yourself on video running a man down with your vehicle, and when he goes to defend himself you want him arrested for a perfectly legal act.

  • @SHARKonlineorg

Funny thing is, the police do not have to protect anybody, there is nothing that says that the police, "have" to protect someone, in fact, if you are being shot at, they can wait until its over, then clean up and "try" to find the shooter.

No, defending ones self is up to ones self. It is a right guaranteed by the 2nd Amendment, And it was exercised properly in this case. Try again sir.

  • @FarmerGriff you dumbass, on every squad car in every stink hole county, township what ever you wanna call them the side of the squad car says what? to protect and serve. That's their job

  • If you chase sombody in Vegas you would have been shot. Chase people like the police smart one.

  • You put human lives endanger by driving the way you did, I hope your auto insurance goes up from the ticket you got.

  • This guy aggressively tails someone and doesn't expect a confrontation... what a clown lol

  • @thejmeister88 So you approve of someone drawing a gun on an unarmed person on a public street?

  • @SHARKonlineorg I believe in being cautious when confronting someone who's chasing you with their car. I'm sure you weren't armed but hows he to know that?

  • @thejmeister88 He didn't have to stop his car, get out to confront the driver, assault the camerawoman and then pull his gun. He could have sought a police officer if he actually felt threatened. He also turned tail at the mention of calling the cops.

  • @SHARKonlineorg Just to add to my comment, sorry about calling you a clown earlier, that was uncalled for. But you have to expect a confrontation when trying to provoke someone and when living in a free society like ours it may involve a firearm. He may have over reacted by drawing his weapon but there's no way you can say it was unprovoked, he felt his life was in danger and so he pulled his gun, nothing illegal about that.

  • @thejmeister88 There was no provocation warranting or justifying the pulling of a gun. He made the first physical strike. If he felt threatened by being followed by the person he had earlier been stalking, as he said,it's his neighborhood, he should know where the police stations are so he could 'seek safety'.

  • @SHARKonlineorg Maybe you shouldn't have punched him in the face after harassing him.. You're a fairly typical bully; you think you're entitled to violate any law, and any person's rights, you want, but cry foul when someone stands up to you.. I don't think I would have pulled a gun though - It would have been much more satisfying to watch you ride away in a police car for simple assault.

  • @JWphilly100 You couldn't be more wrong about what happened. We're used to that with the pigeon shoot crowd. They'll say absolutely anything to get their way. No truth need to be involved whatsoever. No dignity, no credibility. Pitiful. Olsen started everything, assaulted a woman, and was pushed once, and then pulled his gun. What a bunch of sissies you clowns are.

  • i just want you all to know... that after being harassed(*which is the only part in this video..) and a camera being shoved in his face, he pulled a gun in protection of himself. Though i would not have done the same thing.. i do not think it is okay for you to do what you did.. and then blame everyone else for harassing him..both at the place he works, and following him. that is in excusable. this was your fault, and you put yourself in this situation. he is not running around shooting people

  • @pokerdogs222 Thank you. It's quite obvious that when law enforcement officials do nothing when a person has a gun drawn against them, the animals they should also be protecting don't stand a chance.

  • Animal rights!? This is a blatant refusal of HUMAN rights!!!

  • I just can't believe they allow helpless pigeons to be shot like that. And they (the police) look the other way when some yokel pulls a gun on Steve. Sickening, just sickening!

  • Steve, I hope you learned your lesson. Upload immediatly to YouTube in the future. Before the Police can protect the guilty!

  • Shark, you need to get a qualified attorney to pursue. The police have no right to steal your laptop and invade your privacy, and not enforce the law regarding this individual's threatening use of the gun.

  • This Makes Me SOOO Mad Hearing About Law Enforcement Being Ignorant To The Law They are Dedicated To. Also, It makes me furious that these animals are being put into a dumb game of who's gun is bigger type thing. It's just disgusting. Would I call the Police and Political Offices in PA Corrupt? YES! This man has NO REASON to draw a weapon on unarmed people. I love you Steve and SHARK! I'll always be behind your efforts 100%!

  • @AnimalzCryToo Thank you.

  • how do i get involded with you guys i live in allentown PA

  • @masterman3178 Please send your contact information in a private message and will pass it on to the Team.

  • You're a rabblerouser and both of you drove recklessly and put others in danger. No reason for the man to pull a gun however unless he felt his life was in danger and he could not retreat.

I'll suggest your pigeons are coming home to roost

  • Time to call in your lawyers.

  • I cant believe Police arent dealing with this gunman. Unbelieveable!! If the gunman was in a street gang/mob or a gangster, he would've been, so why not this guy??

  • This is so frustrating to hear, I never knew how much corruption was in politics or the police, it's certainly eye opening.

  • It is not illegal to pull a handgun if the individual is licensed for a concealed carry permit or if he is an off duty law enforcement officer. Just saying. I would know... I am in law enforcement. I can't wait to see the video though. It should be interesting.

  • @Mapete17 I could be wrong. but if you pull it in a threatening manner, regardless of whether you have the lic. to carry, isn't it at least terroristic threats?

  • @Mapete17 Actually, a threat like that is not legal. If you are a LEO, what would happen if I were to draw on you? Or on a citizen? I am all for gun rights. I carry daily, and in good weather open carry. But this guy who drew on them is a danger to himself and others, and something needs to be done.

  • Pennsylvania pigeon killers have carte blanche to intimidate, assault, and pull loaded, concealed weapons on lawful protesters. This is an absolute outrage!

Shame on Pennsylvania for allowing this sickening violence to take place all so a few cowardly men can shoot live pigeons for sport.

  • You go, Steve! The work you do is admirable.

  • @mzunick1 Thank you.

  • I'm glad you weren't hurt in the incident.

When the police have possession of your property it can be almost impossible to get it back.

    Best of LUCK!

  • @agilesx Big news on that front. With pending court action on our part to get it back, the police released the computer. It is being examined by a forensic examiner hired by us to detect any misbehavior by the police. It will be put back in our hands today, and we will post the video either later today or tomorrow. We are very excited about this, because we truly believed the video would never again see the light of day, since it is very incriminating to the bad guys.

  • TOTALLY SHOCKED! Pennsylvania sounds to me to be a crimanal cult in there own, who do not respect nor care for not only animal rights but human rights either, my god, these people need to be made an example of by the federal courts.

Its just a shame SHARK that you didnt get the video, but be 10 steps ahead next time! what doesnt break us makes us stronger! you will get them next time ;)

  • @MyBabiesMyHorses I agree!!!! xx

  • you need famous person to help you.... i got it! mike tyson! he loves pigeons! Any way you guys are amazing, show no fear! I love all of you for doing this for the poor animals who cant fight back! AWESOME ORGANISATION!

  • @wolflover28 You have got to be kidding, right?

  • I admire and respect what you are doing Steve, but pleassssssssse, be careful :)

  • What ever happened to the freedom of press, and the freedom of speech? Apparently not in PA!

  • People who use guns illegitimately like this Neanderthal are the ones responsible for all anti-gun legislation. Guns are for self defense only, not for thugs to use against people. Those who are nothing without their guns are just that. When humanity is barbaric and ruthless, naturally their law enforcement will be too and will defend them. We are all being judged, not by their psycho bible "god" either, and all people will receive justice. The sadistic yahoos should be very afraid.

  • you guys need to take this to federal court since state court is under biased influence.

  • what? that's stupid for the police officers to think that... HE PULLED OUT A HAND GUN!! that threatening, the officers must be really stupid there...

  • i totaly agree at your opinion for showing animals respect and kindness

  • Thanks to everyone for your support and advice. We are reviewing our security measures for future activities. Too bad we have to concern ourselves more with protection from the police than protection from criminals.

  • Guess you'll need to have an additional device to make a 3rd copy onto if a laptop can be taken.

  • omg, this is unbeliavable!

Isn't there anyone apart from SHARK out there who can think straight?!

  • omg are they blind that man could have shot you and your gf and they are letting him walk around like he's a big shot and why have the police taken your laptop away thats just stupid hope they dont delete the clips, there are a number of thing he could be charged for in those tapes, ppl like them make me angry for what they are doing to you guys

  • Shoulda uploaded it to a website before you went to the police station. Cops are corrupt.

  • I'm just glad you're ok Steve, but backup some plans. Like koodoze and Metallica said. These NRA Goons are going off to the deepend. If you ever get back you're video clip i bet it would be all deleted :( Or they will never give it back.

    *sighs* Pa corruption.

  • Isn't is creepy to realize that the world really is run by bad people and that all the lessons we were taught about fair play and trusting authority were really just attempts to keep us in line. Civil Disobedience is sometimes an imperative. Especially went the deck is stacked and it's just the right thing to do. Keep fighting the good fight.

  • Scary. Glad to see that besides some frayed nerves you seem to be okay. I am not a lawyer, but it may take a while to get your laptop and camera back. Even if they cooperated that can be a lot of paperwork to release evidence.

Was there anyone else that could have seen the man pull the gun. Did you stop and ask anyone. Hindsight I know, but it never hurts to repeat yourself.

Keep up the good fight. The animals need more people like you.

  • Hay Steve Hindi i hope you win.

  • Those Pigon shooters have taken it too far this time. All of us animal lovers should come together and protest and become stronger in numbers and support the anit-animal crulety and protest about the fact that no legal action is taken up against those who have threatened to kill you.

  • I hope you have a civil suit Steve and Janet!

  • @Pam63videos All options are open.

  • That is rediculous!!

How is he not in jail?!

He can't just pull a gun on you and your girlfriend and threaten you and get away with it.

    That's just not right.

  • The bottom line is the police will always bully and overpower when it is in their intrest to save their own asses, and they will also cover people tied to themselves for whatever reason, and they can do what they want as far as taking your equipment and knowing it's wrong, who will punish them? you need to cover yourself fully and get hard evidence against them and take it to internal affairs, expose them for police corruption!learn your laws before you confront them then they have nothing on you!!

  • Steve you should have transfered saved video to a usb flash drive before calling police. You will probably get your camera back but I am betting the video will be erased. Cops will always take the side of big shots like this store owner. I would still file corruption charges with the justice dept. if I were in your shoes.

  • Looking for Steve Hindi. Where you at? Ready to debete the issues. You name the time and place. A couple days notice would be nice. Looking forward to a great debate. Lets get it on and let the people decide. Best of luck to you in your persuit of the ficticious characters who pulled a gun on you. Seems to be a common theme with your evidence.

  • @hrosik111 You want to "debete?" Great. Who are you? If you are going to "debete," you have to say who you are. Who are you, pigeon shooter? Don't wimp out now.
