Yeah you can tell a difference in the bass for sure. I don't know why the fuck Rex would leave Down and start a band that's only mediocre compared to Down. Kill Devil Hill really ain't even that good in my opinion. They said it was gonna be all heavy and shit and it's not really. I know they said it was supposed to be like Zeppelin and Alice in Chains too but..... I don't know about that. And yes Phils voice does sound pretty fucked here.
