hi, it a 56 frame and yes those are 26" wheels.. the surly rack should be mounted first because it has additional holes to accomodate the mudgaurds (fenders).... thanks for watching!

check online... "the bike chain" is based in scotland i think.. and they sent me mine.. was happy with their service.. hope that helps

@wallykav1516 Cycle Surgery in Dublin can order one in but I don't think there are any shops that hold stock in Ireland.

yes very happy with.. very comfortable, best saddle ive ever owned.. springs did start sqeaking at one point but i fixed that with a little grease...

Did you mount your rear rack and fenders in the same hole? I have sks fenders and the surly rack. -
