Now about quickness and speed in the NBA. Steve Nash is not that quick nor is he tall; look what he does. This kid can consistently create his own shot WHEN he want's too, and make it. How many quick guys in the NBA can consistently do that? How many quick guys are all NBA defensive anyway?, Finishes with both hands, deceptive crossover, block shots, passes; stop hating and do the math. And really now, no lying, how many of these haters won't recruit him first on their college or pro team?

Its all about BALL SPEED....Nothing is harder than guarding someone that can move the ball at a much faster tempo than they SEEM to be playing....Their moves with the ball are faster than you would expect.....I.E Paul Pierce......This dude is a 6'8 PG. He's a great player, iunno about #1 since I've never seen the actual #1 ranked kid play but he could possibly be the #1 player in the country. He definitely could not play PG at the next level or in the NBA. He's not quick enough to guard an Austin Rivers or any major PG in the NBA (John Wall, Curry/Ellis, CP3, Deron Williams, Rondo, Rose, Collison, the list goes on). I don't doubt that he'd make an excellent 3 in the NBA though, possibly could be a 4

Don't let that slowness fool you. He is deceptive. He is long with great handles for his size. He can really pass the ball and finish with both hands. He may not be jumping out of the gym and flying all over the court but his floor game is polished. Very smooth and under control.

Yes, someone like Kiwi Gardner would probably use his immense speed to poke the ball, but he'd have a tough time since Anderson can shield and use his body the correct way to render speed useless.
