I dont understand the timings in the film; The film is set in the present day (made in 2006) when the younger brother is 19. We are also told that the murder of the twins happened in 1989; the younger brother was outside playing chess at the time of the murders and he looked about 7 or 8. This would make him definitely in his late 20s in 2006, not a 19 year old college boy.

as a horror movie buff I have to completely disagree with you.The actors were decent, which can be hit or miss with a horror movie.Plus the movie picks up and starts getting pretty good at about the twenty minute mark.Secondly with movies like this and Reeker and Joy Ride ect....having a detailed plot or reason for them killing would take away from the suspense.Besides ask most serial killers why they killed and they'll have no clue

I saw 7 of the horrorfest movies.The abandoned,reincarnation,graved­ancers,pennydredful,wicked little things,hood of horrors and this and this was the worst movie out of them i seriously wanted to leave the theater and i was the one screening it.I like old school horror but this was just lame and expected.any of the other movies were either something i could get a kick out of or jump or even get really into it dark ride made me tap my feet in hopes that it would be over sooner
