i mean, i like what you're going for here and i definitely respect your interpretation of this song but i feel inclined to point out that the videos you used aren't any deeper or purer simply because they're old. they're on the same level as far as cartoons today as far as corporate intentions, and mental conditioning, they're just older. its like thinking that classic rock is super deep and different when it's just old pop music. i mean no disrespect i just believe that it negates the intention

this really fits the song so well, it's amazing! the childlike motifs like people have said. and I particularly liked how well the luau fit and the psuedo-creepy grimacing skeletons, which to me seems very AC-like. reminiscent of the weird, kinda uncomfortable cartoons in Brothersport.
