  • Dude! Thanks for sharing! E, W, & F, perhaps one of the greatest bands of 20th Century! I love this tune - brought back some terrific memories!

  • This isn't the same 'Track 5' from my Gratitude CD. The whole sax solo and keyboard sound entirely different.

  • @maxti6 Agreed, it is not the same, and I will go further and opine those album tracks were far better--magical--in a way this isn't. But this isn't entirely terrible either, and these visuals are pretty good, IMO.

"Gratitude" the LP/CD is as good as EWF ever (or almost any music at all) ever got. Hard to measure up to, I'm sure....

  • @maxti6 ACTUALLY it's from the "That's the Way of the World: Alive in '75" CD...this chronicled EWF recorded live in another venue, and this verison of Sun Goddess features Ramsey Lewis with the band. I know the Gratitude version is widely known, but this one holds up to. N-JOY

  • GREAT SONG AND PERFORMANCE!!

  • The was one of the greatest live albums these cats ever made.

  • One of the greatest live albums ANYONE has ever made! @antiann52

  • so that IS Harvey Keitel? Oh my goodness...

  • @stmaxlv You betcha.

  • If you look at the album or CD cover for the "That's The Way Of The World", it states that it's an original motion picture soundtrack.

  • I'm like-- "when was Harvey keitel in Earth Wind & Fire??" before I realized these were end credits. Turns out he played

a young producer bent on breaking an unknown R&B band played by Maurice and the boys. I had no idea! thanks for posting.
