The humble dholak is superb in this Roshan melody's rhythm. He often used it to enthralling effect. And the song is cute in its romantic sentiments. Though the imagery of long tresses is rather trite, the line " Just make a hint and I will put my heart at your feet" can only draw a wah,wah from me.The sweetness of such songs is captivating precisely because the lovers seem separated by some physical or social boundary; their romance seems furtive.
