@evilgeenius2 There's no tutorial that I know of anywhere, but here's a hint. I used Premiere to edit the video, then exported "chunks" of it to Photoshop...applied a photo specific plug-in, then exported back to Premiere.
Search some HDR tutorials and play around with some trials of the program and you should be able to figure it out. Just a warning, it took about 5 mins to make 3 seconds of video.

Great editing and I liked the color saturation but think you used too much HDR. Still a great representation of the KYSCCA. Good music mix too.
