Great form and a good set of exercises - thanks for sharing. Out of interest, before attempting these do you think it's worth strengthening the arms by doing some handstands against a wall? A bit worried that if I do that pike I'll just headplant onto the floor!
Holla! Have you considered - fast abs magic (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some super things about it and my work buddy got ripped 6 pack abs and lost a ton of belly fat with it.
I've been doing this for a while now and I know how tough it is. I am seriously impressed with her form and stamina for this one. Well impressed (and jealous)!
thank you, switching to these ab exercises from bicycles, these seem much healthier for core without any neck pressure

the way she does the pike is a bit harder than resting your shines on the ball and then pushing through with feet. thanks for the video
