I knew two people who were pulled over by the police in Las Vegas for having a Ron Paul bumper stick (and for no other reason). The officer even told them that. I also am a PIO for a emergency preparedness committee, he took my call quickly because he assumed I was an officer. When I asked for a copy of the document he said if you are in law enforcement you should have been on the list and recieved. I advised him I never said I was law enforcement.

If you look at the constitution, and read what it says, in ENTIRETY, you will understand what it means and the incredible wisdom that was put into it. The "right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed" is a means of keeping the people armed to protect themselves against a tyrannical government, ie the government we have now.
