I was wondering if there was someone who could help me. I was doing running today in school and I will admit that I haven't done running for a while. My thigh start to hurt and ache. I got home and now my thigh doesn't hurt but the back of my hip and a little higher does. Basically from my left kidney and below. I drunk some soda and it started hurting again. It hurts to move. It's like a sharpish achey pain. I don't have a good diet (crisps, chocolate, but I drink orange juice :p)

I'm an 18 year old male. I just passed my 10th one tonight. I've been having them since I was 8 or so.  Not gonna lie... some of the smallest one's I've had have been the most painful. I have them because of a medication i took when I was born. Only advice i can give is have some good pain meds available. If not, you'll just have to suffer through them.
