i share your view, a view simple minded people will never get. however, thre is one mistake in it. you write "nazis". to be precise, appr. 1/3 of the population then greater germany was party member, i.e. only a minorty. of those party members, many were only "mitläufer", i.e. people who wanted to make carreer, irrespective in which system, irrespectiver which party membership they needed. thus, the vast majortiy of germans were no "nazis", this is a creation from war and post-war propaganda.

The fotage is from 18 JUly 1944 when the germans (indeed 12thss HJ) Stoped the Operation Goodwood. It was a sucess and example of the superiority of the german armour. The Candaians, Brits lost 385 tanks, the germans only 75. Infantry losses were 4837 on the allied side and about 2000 on the german side.
