@lilbro209 Right now it appears to be just a visual error. It only appears when the known "vanishing driver glitch" happens in this game. It is certainly a bit nutty. Someone mentioned it might be artifacting resulting from my 360's GPU overheating, but that can't be the case as I had just started up my console. This issue doesn't appear in any of our other games, and IF it was GPU/overheating then other titles will have this error.
@thesupermariogalaxy1 What's really odd is that the graphic error sticking out of the car actually has its own shadow... What went wrong here is the driver literally vanished from the car (so a ghost is driving).., and it looks like my driver and the car apparently have some time warp issue happening. Almost like the driver and car are playing "catch up".
