My Elliptical has never gone: clunk clunk. I purchased it from fitnessblowout about 2 years ago, and it works perfectly and whisper quiet. I had to use my lifetime warranty only once because I didn't connect the coiled wire to the grip bar with the remote switch correctly, and it separated from the input jack. About four days after my call to Keysfitness, a technician came and fixed it free of charge as agreed to at the time of sale. Absolutely no trouble with Keys or this product.
I just left this company....Want the truth? Hope you don't get one from the "REXON" rework list. HINT: "clunk" "clunk". By the way, good luck with getting customer service for this unit. How about calling customer service before purchasing this unit, then you'll understand. Feel free to send me a message regarding any of their products.
