@Wallpaperer285 is the mode versus normaly in mode story only 2 and mercenaries, but if you can buy the mode versus in the store (case in Ps3) you can play in versus mode xD

Yeah i think you can but a better mode would be something like HORDE on Gears 2. That'd be sick if you can team up with 3 or 4 others to defend a certain area. or a VS Mode/Horde where you Both defend an area to gain the most points.

I don't see why people complain. This is looking to be an awesome game. Even better than RE4 (That's a HUGE statement to make, I know). Maybe people are expecting more horror than action, but I'm sorry, Resident Evil was never that scary to me. If you want horror, play Fatal Frame 2. I really love how this game is turning out. Much better melee attacks this time around. And my partner wasn't nearly as stupid as I thought she was going to be.

Quite the contrary. The old resident evils are different from the newer versions, and the changes are not for the better. This game has lost touch with it's strategy and puzzles that challenged your mind, and replaced them with more zombies and guns.

the chainsaw seems weak in the demo, i remember he used to be instant kill in re4. learn how to turn 180 degree, its useful when running away and turning back to shoot. use action bottom more than gun.

Just to let those of you that are going to get Resident Evil 5 (I pre-ordered it already :P), when you are fighting the chainsaw guy for the 1st time, when you get to the bottom of the stairs on the pole to your left (if you are facing him) at the very top, there is like a flashing box. I always used the knife, myself. Even on the chainsaw dude. (in RE4 I mean.) It's funny, if you are careful, you can take out a chainsaw dude without ever firing a gun. (took a lot of practice, though. Don't try it at home. lol)
