I really enjoyed your video. Probably my favorite M20C video I've seen. After I take care of a few obligations, I plan to purchase a 1965-1968 M20C. I have have had my pilot's license for 25 years and didn't used to care about going fast. Now I like traveling and flying and going pretty far on a gallon of avgas, so that means Mooneys appeal to me. The manual gear versions are solid piece of mind and they are more cost effective to maintain. Great Lycoming 0-360 as well.
The electric gear Mooneys have an annoying AD on the actuator gears. I somehow missed the AD so I don't do that AD.I had my gears inspected and they were fine.
nice plane, hearty engine roar but ...poor video!

I grew up flying in a mooney ...a 1967 executive then later a new 1978 201, very fast and efficient machines!

The photographer missed a golden opportunity to show the operation of the manual gear retraction/extension on takeoff and landing.
