  • This kind of stuff pisses me off, not because I think you're a jerk, but because it actually comes to the point where customers make videos of this stuff on account of really really easy maintenance work not being done. Everything that you are claiming wasnt done is stuff that literally takes 2 minutes to do. Im a nissan tech myself and on most services its a lot of check and top off, which is so damn easy to do. Gives all the honest techs a bad name and is a huge reason why shops are slow now

  • Wow that's crazy. One thing you might want to do (I know it might be annoying) is to stand and watch their work no matter how long it takes. They will feel the need to do everything just because they're being monitored. I mean I can understand you're not mechanically inclined but you should really learn. I'm 19 and I change mostly everything in my car myself. If I can't change it I take it to my mechanic and watch him do it. Hopefully things worked out for you.

  • first off id never buy a new car from a dealer id buy a used car from a private party with out making any payments,if i gotta do payments i canoot afford it .i sure would never ever for any reason take my cars to dealerships for repairs ,they r dogs and ripoffs. the work needed in this video are simple to do yourself why take it to a dealer?ur better off taking it to a regular shop even tho its still risky.well i do my own work always good thing i can work on my cars.learn and save tons.

  • Based on your entry I will give Drexel Hill Nissan a new chance. I'll drop my car off tonight and see if they so any better. It needs an inspection, some recall work, oil change and probably the 90K mile work. I'll report back after the work is done.

  • I had this loser neighbor in Drexel hill. He was always in trouble with me and the law. A complete idiot and total loser. The last time I saw him he told me he got a job at that same dealership. Soon after he went to jail. Good Luck with the Honda.

  • Nissan customer service in Canada is pure crap. They extended their original warranty on the Quest 2004 for 5 years after so many complaints. When that crappy car came out I bought an extended warranty for $995 for 4 years, before that extention was done by Nissan. They never wanted to reimburse me.
