Have a look at the other videos on this channel, there are lots of warm up ones maybe you havn't seen. There is for example: 'Monkey Work Warm Up, Ohio: Parkour Generations:Warm Up, Ohio, The edit Parkour Generations:NYC has a lot of warm up drills, as do all of the Rendezvous edits. Hope you find what you need :)

well one day I thought I should try to kong vualt a car.. I did it the first time then I went to do it agian and I landed to far up on my leg whitch cuased my hip to brake badly. note iv had a bad hip 1 in a half years be for that from being hit by a car and fat frend landing on my hip and dislocating it. I just wish I dident rush things with parkour.. it cuased me to fuck myself over

The dvd will be released within the next seven days, until then it is only available to buy in person from the ParkourGenerations academy classes. It wont be uploaded to youtube, a lot but not all of the content is already here.
