@rocketman468 That is an excellent question and very observant. Since I am trying to raise the cylinder to its stock compression, all the ports will automatically lower with the cylinder by a fraction of a millimeter. We will just have to see what will happen, but you are totally correct , good eyes my friend.
Hi, i had a recomendation.. i like to watch your videos, ive seen you for a long time and now i was thinking if you never think about use a tripod for your camera so you can stand it while you do the tunning... another thing is that we want to see the Dio in action, max mph, listen to that monster, that kind of things. anyway thanks for doing this!
@flakoooo12 He actually have videos of it running so you can listen to "the monster" on some other vids but i was thinking exactly like you there on one part.......when do we get to see this "in action"?
I bet it raises hell and act like a king along other scooters right randy?
Cheers, take care and last but not least another thumbs up ;)
@flakoooo12 I Really need to use a tripod more, but my shooting style is to talk about the part, zoom in and talk some more. The videos are about my work and not me. I WILL take this camera and strap it on my chest for some flat out speed runs. That is coming up. I have to be totally sure the engine is CORRECT if I go for speed runs. Your comment is totally on the mark and I appreciate it. Randy H DSD
but if you lower the cylinder the ports in the cylinder also lowers, dont you need to rase the exhaust and fuel ports with a dremel or something ?

It looks nice as usual Randy but there are a few things i would change, for instance your ignition system would be replaced.
But i know it´s usually first things first to make it run as you want right so keep up the good work.
Btw i lost your subscription awhile ago along with many others and didn´t even know anything about it so that´s why i haven´t kept in touch with you.
Guess it was youtubes new design that made that so thanks youtube.
Cheers and take care ;)
