Because the heirs of the composer didn't gave them permission. I know Therion made a version as well and published it without permission on Deggial, but they got themselfs into a lot of problems because of it. Guess Epica wants to avoid that. *shrugs*

I hope they professionally filmed the whole thing, I want to see this on a DVD. I'd even buy it, though I'm not much of an Epica fan. it's one of the most special metal live projects ever held!
