How can you people talk about "fair and ballanced" when only one network is reporting things in opposition to 4 or 6 other networks are slanted the other way. As a Canadian this "fox bashing" doesn't really hurt me that bad since I don't watch/have fox news. By the way, it's not the identity of a clandestine operative that is protected; it's the fact that person is a clandestine operative. People do know that person EXISTS!  And often it is known they work for the CIA, State Dept., or some other government organization, which is their COVER. Even revealing publicly the "cover" of an embassy resident known to be a hood is still technically illegal.
