you know that there was a similar story to the saw movies. some guy in new york would kidnap people and put them to the test to try n stay alive. he was called jigsaw. but he didnt do it for very long. fbi, police n stuff found him within 2 weeks i think. death sentenced him

For the people who have rid it, when your on the ride and its dark and there was that little corkscrew did anyone see that dead body underneath?? I screamed lol.

we tried to get the full que line but all i had on me was my mobile phone so thats the quality explained, then the lighting didnt help! i pointes the camera at all the traps but you just can bearly see them, sry everyone!

no wrorrys, the films are 18's for a reason, this isnt anything like the saw films, its just continuing the basic story line of SAW. it is not realy that scary, the scariest bits are probably when you first enter the building and theirs a loud bang that makes u jump and that isnt even scary realy, then theirs the pendulam bit at he biggining of the ride, i wont say anything cause thats the best bit, but your be in for a jump then so be worned but its not that scary.
If it makes you feel any better, I used to be affraid of rollercoasters, the first ever one i went on was in july 09 and that was collossus, i then went on saw straight after. I had never seen the movies, but the ride was amazing, i have only just started watching the movies, mind you im 17 lol, im going back again on friday 14th august =)

Yeah, the movies are really not for the faint hearted. Me and my mate went to Thorpe Park back in July and queued up for SAW, it was 3 hours long, but that was because we didn't go on it until the afternoon. I am going to take more time when looking at the traps because now i've seen some of the movies, i will be able to point out which traps are which. Enjoy the ride :)

@Purplestar249 you get stopeed just round the corner, and if your sat on the edge you are right next to jigsaw and he ttalks to you about 'the game' its well creepy xD
You have to be at least 12 to go on it and there are people at the queue etrance to stop people that look too young and to check ages if they need to.
its recommended that you are 12, if a 10year old went in with a parent they wouldn't stop them as long as they are tall enough, if a 10 year old went in alone, the chances are they would get stopped.
Oh i was so scared when i was in the queue because as soon as Jigsaw ended his speach and everything went fuzzy i had some air shotguns above my head and when he finished they went off and i screamed, I was scared of the queue after that. XD
when your outside their are loads of jigsaw traps scattered around and a police car, and loads of sound effects, when you get inside, thats where it gets intresting, loads of well known traps from the movies, like the twister trap from saw 3 and the very first wire trap from saw 1.
realy scary sudden jolts where sparks go off and a giant bang gos off, dead people everywhere (and body parts), loads of tvs with billy on them (jigsaws puppet).
when you get to the station their are loads of his tools and parts of traps which he is making, their are loads of manaquins and a timer, when the timer gets to zero, the ride suddenly starts,
on the ride its more or less straight foward with a bend right at the beggining, you see billy, then turn it, the the ride realy starts, and trust me, you will shit yourself just after that point, whatch out for the swinging blades!
also, the legendary bathroom from the movies is a part of the ride!! :-)
My sister went on the ride last saturday, and a guy in a mask followed them along the queue in the fast track lane and jumped out at them, but her friends who have been on it at other times didn't have that happen to them, so I'm guessing it's a sporadic thing...so be prepared just in case! She said it was totally worth it though so don't be put off!

The ride seems scary, but it's not. The queue, in my opinion, is scarier than the rollercoaster. If you don't mind jigsaw messing with your mind, or hidden surprises, you're fine :D Have fun at Thorpe Park
In some places there are body bits I beleive but they are fairly well hidden, just don't look up when you're going round the queue inside... have fun =)
SAW: The Ride fastrack is NOT available to buy yet. This is due to Saw running on limited capacity at the moment, meaning selling fastrack would increase the main queueing time even more, so it wont be sold until full capacity is back running.
Personally I hate fastrack. It's a big waste of money, and without it the main queue wouldn't be as big anyway. Think about it, seats on the car which could be people from the main queue would be filled up by fastrack people instead.
I went in April. Your above description actually matches what i saw. However i went on single and got in like 40mins. When i was inside the building i was thinking two things at least: No.1 was: C'mon man. Ghost trains are one thing, but this way too much! Turn around while you can! You don't even know what will happen in tis type of environment! No.2 was: Alright Richie, this is it. You used everything you could lay your hands on to prepare for this, so don't even try turning around!)
