  • @RevFrUncleRuckus very popular piece, be careful on that matte paint though bro a lot of people have problems keeping it clean, stay away from long sleeves that cover it

  • Thanks bro. Just copped my first G Shock, DW6900FS-8

  • u made me paranoid thanks -_- lol

  • I have white ga100-7a and the matte on the inside band is changing blue and so are the corners on the whole watch idk why it's doing that and I wear a northface with it I think it is that. Also I did the alcohol wipe and warm water with soap and it is still like that. Message me back I need help on keeping it white. Thank you

  • @TheKalla856 lolcause dude its the best way to keep your watches clean, theres no explaining how important it is to keep ypur hands clean cause if you think about it nothing comes in contact with your watch more then your hand nd if its dirty think about how many times you are risking getting the piece dirty? but yeah i got you hit me up on a message nd il explain what you have to do, lol nd naa i put my hand in my pocket too i just dont go any further then where the watch hits my pants

  • dude great video, but u really kinda spent most ur time spending it on tellin me how to wash my hands....well i got these blue marks on the side of my g shock...dont tell me not to put my hands in my pocket..-_____- well how do i get rid of it if achol not workin...

  • @keeprealproductions lol no prob bro hit me up on a message nd il show you how to fix that

  • GShockWarrior111 ma dude I have the same problem Maclumme had I tried everything and doesn't seem to work and great video

  • @MacLumme lol aight dude message me nd il tell you hat to do

  • @MacLumme lol na dude its cool I know what you mean, lol but a lot of people seem to be having the same problem as you my first piece of advice would be to try some alcohol prefferably on a cotton ball so you can get a good amount on it, if that doesnt work come back to me nd Il have you try something stronger

  • @GShockWarrior111 Well, this might sound crazy: I tried acetone (have no alcohol right now) with a cotton ball for the dyed areas on wristband. Didn't help, nothing happened. Damn that matte white urethane.. Thank god it was only $ 30 watch from flea market. But its authentic, I took it to local Casio dealer for battery change and context of it he said I was lucky to buy authentic G-Shock DW6900-FS8 so cheap. Even though its dyed, I love it's features. I'll still listen your advices. :)

  • How about colors what have came out from hoodies sleeves..? I got a matte white G-Shock and my hoodies sleeves have dyed colors in it (wristband and the front of watch) and I cant take them off anymore.. Help?? I wish you understand my problem. Bad english I know..

  • APams2002 no, soap is thicker then water so the soap isnt any more likely to seep through the watch then the water, however soap is also more dangerous then water, pressing the buttons while you are washing it can let both soap and water sneak in nd that can be really bad, also not rinsing off the soap completely can cause damage too the soap can dry in openings of the watch nd next time you wet it again seep through as long as you clean thoroughly nd rinse well soap will not hurt the watch

  • but isn't the soap going to reduce the water resistance

  • @12345loghan did you try alcohol? if that doesnt work or youre still not satisfied message me nd il tell ou what to do

  • @GShockWarrior111 i just tried it. but its still yellow on the face and band. if u could help me anymore, id appreciate it.thanks

  • hey

i have a white matte g-shock and i put it in hot water and used soap. but it still has a lot of yellow stuff all over it still. can u help me and giv me more options

    thanks

  • @Amancobi13 damn, umm put water nd dishwashing soap in a small bowl nd with an old tooth brush try washing it like that see if it helps if not I got w different idea wel leave the alcohol as a last resort when the stain is weakened so we don't mess up the paint

  • @GShockWarrior111 ok ill try it

    Thanks

  • @Amancobi13 its a glossy watch right? Go ahead nd hit it with alcohol you'll be ok let me know how it works?

  • @GShockWarrior111 No its a matte watch.

  • Hey

I have the LRG Time is Money G-Shock and the paint in some places it turning into a whitish gray.

Do you think i should just use the oil absorbent sheets or try the alcohol and cotton ball where there is no writing or design on the watch?

    Thanks

  • Yo yo yo what up g dog... LOL. the video is good, but the slang could be removed ;)

  • @Focusontrack ok nd you said alcohol didn't work? Neither did soap nd water?

  • @GShockWarrior111 No didn't work, not even a bit. I think the paint from the fabric of my shirt got inside the surface of the resin. I can try to polish it and then find a way to make it matt again but I'm affraid it won't be an improvement. Right now it looks like a shadow over the watch and it's accepteble but flash-red looks better.

  • @Focusontrack the dark discoloration is it coming in on the actual bezel of the watch? Like where the writing that says g shock adjust nd all that is or is it like on the actual glass face?

  • @GShockWarrior111 it's on the bezel and on the side pieces inbetween the buttons and arround the four srews but only on top of the watch, the sides are still fine.

I normaly clean my watches in a bowl with warm water and two tablets witch people use to clean there false teeth :) Kills bacteria, odor and salt from sweatting.

  • Good tips, I have a G-Shock Rescue in matt red and after a few weeks it's getting dark discolloration on the face.

I think it's from shirts I wear that rub against the watch.

Any idea's how to clean that? Soap didn't work and neither did a little alcohol.

    Thanks

  • Wakkk....Atention ppl hit me up im selling A REAL BATHING APE ,BAPE, G-SHOCK HIT ME UP TO DISCUSS A PRICE
