Another really good vid. What is the maximum accurate range with the new hop rubber and inner barrel? Because Im looking at getting one for a DMR or even for longer range use if its accurate enough. Also what weight BB's and gas do you use to achieve that distance?
@MrJmak223 You'll want propane and 0.3/0.32 BBs or above for sure, good heavy weight. Not sure on maximum effective right now, not had any opportunity to test it with the new components.

@idudk It's covered by a screw-on cap on the end of the barrel, I can't be 100% but I'd be very surprised if they specifically removed that for the version 2. Any inner barrels will specifically mention this weapon in the name, as I say, they're totally proprietary to the weapon, so just search for the name of this at places like WGC. Basically, no other type will fit this, and barrels for this won't fit any other weapon.
@CKinnerley Unfortunantly, they did remove the threaded outer barrel for the version 2. I was pretty bummed about that. Performance is the same, but long mags obviously hold more gas/bb's however they do cool down faster.

@idudk The inner barrel is specific to the rifle, so that's a negatory on the AEG inners. The version 2 is just the same on the inside, just comes with slightly different accessories, and both versions have threads on the ends of the outer barrels.
@DKtrecour The chestrig? It's a tac tailor 2-piece MAV with X-Harness, I haven't specifically done a video looking at it yet though, no. Do you want any more details on the setup?
sad thing is iam 16 and been playing airsoft for 2 years and iam geting this gun but i cant use it at xsite lane end because iam under 18 plus are u at the barrack near harrow
@ThEgOdOfAiRsOfT All the usual HK stores, WGC have the 'version 2' in now which comes with flip-up irons and the extended mag, that'd be my recommendation.
I was thinking about getting one of these as a DMR/recon rifle- something lightweight, easy to maneuver, and above average accuracy/range for me to sneak around the field with. I by no means anticipate accuracy to the likes of my upgraded VSR, but I want an effective platform. How do you think it would suit this role? I am not opposed to dropping in a few upgrades(IE bucking and the mag release). Thank you,
@Scar527Outdoors It's definitely light and easy to move with, hop unit is good and the FPS is plenty high enough so you get good range out of it, more than the AEGs anyway. By what you've said there, I think it'd suit you perfectly actually.
@TheJaaysog Cheers, I'm not a fan of all black weapons when it comes to roles where you're trying to be stealthy. SMGs and the like obviously it doesn't matter all that much, but I figured spraying a bit of the old Krlon on to the stock of this would be fairly easy and it does help with the camouflage.
