The Probate Court System is deeply corrupted also and the more I research this, the more similarities I find between CPS & APS corruption. There are laws in place to act as safeguards against this, but these laws are ignored and not enforced. We need to band together as much as possible and organize as THEY depend on isolating and dividing people. I would like also to hear from anyone who has had similar problems. Santa Clara County, California is a great example.

in clinton county Ny, town of plattsburgh.. any mother with any kind of mental disbility as soon as they have there babys.. the next day CPS is called in and they lose there babys.. These small cities are connected to the system. From the City Counsel, DA's office, the court, school, doctors and CPS. YES, CAS took HEALTHY HAPPY children from their Parents on Monday February 2nd, by Friday February 6th the two of the three children we were able to have access to, were ill...the 2 year old, had a big scab on her side ( supposed tobogganing accident, with foster family) and there was diaper rash cream, up inside her vagina! No but I was under their supervision, just because I was a single father, that is until they and police made a judgement error and left my 6 six old daughter in a child molseters home, supposedly for protection. If child protection would be handled through criminal court, there wouldn't be the corruption you see now. Parents would be innocent until PROVEN guilty. Like the guy in the video says....reports are nothing but lies, and fabrications. Once it's down on paper by some social worker (true or not), parents have to prove something that didn't happen, didn't happen. How do you prove that?

I have the same beliefs as you. My daughter was kidnapped from me on September 27, 2004. I am in appeal for her return. I will pray for you and hope your family will reunite. I have faith in God. You are absolutely correct about the appeal judges being the same as the judges that terminated rights in the first place. Doesn't seem constitutional. Nothing they do is.

I am in Ohio and Children Protective Services just took my custody away becouse my son has mental issues that caused a total lack of social skills which reflect as bad parenting. Even though I can back all this up - it does nothing when they hold emergency court hearings with under an hours notice. The judge took the case workers recommendations over the single mom .. go figure

Imagine a cas worker says a she thinks there is abuse and three more workers show up in court to back up the lie! this is the type of evidence that is allowed?
